Leave no girl behind

Education ends at primary school for most African girls

In Uganda, only 1 in 4 girls attend secondary school due to issues such as child marriage, teenage pregnancy, abuse at schools and expensive school fees.

Help us remove these barriers and empower young women and girls to continue learning and build a better future.

You are the difference we need

In Busubi, Uganda, there was stigma around women and girls learning. Now, most students are women as well as half of the teaching team. We have built a safe, inclusive space with free learning opportunities.

We need your donation to continue to pay teacher and staff salaries, as well as provide class learning materials and meals for students impacted by poverty.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We respectfully recognise Elders past, present and emerging.  We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land. Sovereignty was never ceded.

It always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
